Ben was the absolute best, from the estimate to the roof installation he was professional and prompt. He was quick to respond to my texts and completed the work within a day, it was no inconvenience to me at all. I appreciate that he wasn’t pushy and was patient with me while I decided what roof color I wanted, he even sent me some addresses of houses he did so I could drive by and see them before committing to my shingle shade. If you need a roof this company is for you, I had many estimates from large companies to small one guy operations and Ben’s price was the best. Tier 1 Roofing was excellent from the first call on the phone to cleaning up after the job was finished. Ben was responsive and professional. The job was quoted accurately and fairly priced. The work was done and done well. They replacedy crumbling ridge vent shingles, cap shingles along the peaks, repointing a part of the chimney, and replaced the flashing around the chimney itself as well. They color matched the shingles and took care cleaning up as well. They offer a 5 year limited warranty, and I'm not surprised either, as they were very thorough. I am grateful for the professionalism exhibited by Ben during the entire process. From my initial phone call until the completion of the work, he was everything I would want from a repair person. He contacted me in a timely fashion, he showed up as scheduled, he thoroughly explained what was needed, and shared photos of the completed work (contrasted with photos of the roof prior to the repair).
